Our Bea has wonderful udder
height (46) and attachment with a smooth foreudder. She carries a beautiful wide leg set in the back, and marvelous
dairy character. She is not a fan of shows, and her attitude shows it in the ring, but she is incredibly valuable
as a brood doe and herd matriarch. Her temperament is very calm yet authoritative with her herd. Bea always
has uniformly outstanding kids. She throws very stong and improved type, with her kids always showing
marked improvement on faults. She is one of those does that always improves upon herself by her offspring, a trait
we find extremely valuable!
Her daughters have done well
in the show ring. Leap 'N Leabo Rainman Splash ( just LA'd a 90 in 2006), took 1st place yearling at the
2004 Clackamas, Lincoln, and Washington Co. Fairs and 2nd place in her class at the '04 Oregon State Fair. Bea's Produce
of Dam also took first place at the 2004 Washington and Lincoln Co. Fairs.
At the 2005 ADGA National show in Spokane, Leap
'N Leabo Viv Ramona (Also LA'd a 90), another Bea daughter, took 18th place out of 54 does. Bea's produce of dam won
1st place at the 2005 Oregon State Fair, and 7th place at the 2005 ADGA National show.
